Defiance Community Question Collection - Freeform Edition

I want to try out a revamped part of the DD site and use it for question collection.

Questions on Defiance Data

It can:

- Allow any registered user to submit a question as well as details along with the question
- Allow any registered user to back(+1) a question
- Allow any registered user to comment on a question
- Allow mods to tag questions
- Allow mods to edit questions and mark them as answered

This means:

- We can generate a list of questions in order of +1s
- We can look at groups of questions by tag
- Devs could potentially answer questions randomly outside of the Q&A
- I don't have to maintain annoying sticky threads

I invite you guys to submit questions on the site, back existing questions of ones you want answers to. If you don't want to create a DD user, you can still submit a question in a collection thread like this and I can hopefully still get around to it.
