How can I unlock more PvE instances?

The title says it all. I currently only have one instance and my ego is 170.

Also, do they get more challenging as they go?

By doing the main missions, I would think. Also someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there's only 2 co-op instances so far. The rest are most likely gonna be paid DLC. :\

Gotta keep leveling my man. I think I got my second one to unlock at around 210-220.

Nah it seems more like story and some other missions (?) though I mainly think it's story because I'm at 217 and I have three but I have a few story missions done. So I would take a guess at them being story related and local that you visit which in turns unlocks a way to play them.

The two I did in beta seemed relatively equal in difficulty. Not hard, but not so easy that they're boring.

I honestly don't know uhm one that I don't remember from the beta had us in a very tight room with one of those big brutes that were stronger than the rest. If I didn't go medic we all probably could have died. A lot.

I believe its based of Levels and not Story Progression. I have 4 or 5 unlocked atm, EGO 433. I unlocked 2 when I hit 400.

And they are alot better than the Beta ones. Harder with better Boss battles.

There's 4-5. Two of the ones from the beta aren't even unlocked first, so yeah, there's definitely more than 3.
