How can I unlock more PvE instances?

Also, if you look at your Goals/Pursuits menu.. there is Pursuits for 9 Co-op Missions. So there is at least 9. Im assuming they are in game as well, having pursuits for something not on the game wouldn't make much sense.

All of the regions aren't available yet, I think. You gain access to the instances after certain missions as well, so there might be some that aren't available yet, because we can't complete those missions. Also, I hope new content is coming fast. A lot of people blazed through the mainline quests.
