Question about dx9.

So since i cannot launch Defiance with exe file but i need to do it with glyph, can i still add -dx9 to force dx9 to run the game?

I thought it was a DX9 game to begin with. I sure don't see and DX11 bells and whistles when looking around.

But i thought that dx9 does not support Ambient occlusion? And i am 100% sure i have it enabled in game and it causes white lines and makes my game unplayable

Where did you enable it? This game is about console as it gets in regards to graphic setting options.

Well that is the sad thing here.....AO is enabled by default when you select medium or high settings....and i cannot turn the AO off and play in max settings.....and in max settings i get AO and white lines...

found that while trying to help your problem, how deactivating SSAO direct in the Nvidia or AMD driver menu?

Sadly CCC does not have any kind of AO option to be enabled or disabled.....
