Any plans to actually fix the lag?

Or is it going to be the plan to just try a bandaid here and there and hope for the best. I'm not sure I'm buying the ddos line. I can see how that would crash the ability to sign in but in game lag spikes? This is getting so old. I can really see what the Ps3 vets went through now. This is a big problem and the ball continues to just sit there in Trion's court.

Lag is sucking the fun right out of the game and might end up being it's ultimate cause of demise.

I haven't had that issue on Xbox since most of the late night players moved on to Destiny and a few other new "Gotta have it now" games. But I might once we get F2P, and an intake of new players.

if your referring to the horizontal graphs (under round trip) i believe those show that pack loss that is occurring and the time it is happening.

until the lag problem is fixed I don't see the point of buying stuff, so lag = no money from me.

It may still be not only servers issue as I also have lag on forum (only defiance games & forums I have lag)
is it still ddos issue ?

community manager, gm or devs could answer us as this lag exist for several months now.

I think specifically when TWC (RoadRunner) connects to Comcast. (I should upload a 24 hour one.) The EU one stays red from here. Bounces through NY before going to Amsterdam.

EDIT: Here being from TWC in Ohio.

EDIT2: It's weird because the lag I get on PC is different than the lag I experience on PS3. On PC, enemies running in place, like a hiccup, whereas PS3 is slow as hell opening the menu, waiting for things to render on screen, etc.

Things only got worse on PS3 with the F2P.

Sure, A LOT, of the vets left, but the new players spamming the bmg's and crimefighters makes lag in smaller areas horrendous. Add that to our already terrible performance and you can see where I'm heading with it.

I agree with 3rdpig. If they could fix it, I'm sure they would have by now. Enough of us have been complaining about it for nearly 18 months! They can't though. I resigned myself to that long ago. I deal with it the best I can, and when it gets too bad, I turn it off.
