Can we get an update? If the problem is with a main carrier trunk, could you send some traceroutes over to the carriers and have them find the issue? Do you need us to send you guys traceroutes to help you troubleshoot? I would be glad to help anyway I can. I believe the problem is not with the servers due to a lot of people never having the problem. I believe the problem is from a certain carrier/pathway that users go through (hops) that users are taking to get to your servers.
