Brown nosing

Just a question. Is brown nosing helpful to the cummunity or just to get your question answered.Ive noticed that no neg- posts get answered by devs . like support bites. would it be nice if someone came on and said ya i know were working on that sorry . lag really ----- today cant get on .answer ya were trying to pin that down just cant get it yet . you know just something to ackknowlege to the op that they feel your pain.Or is it better to just not say anything and remove the bad ones and pretend it never happened. any thoughts.

If someone does a good job I don't see anything wrong with saying so. I updated my own complaint thread to state that today I've seen a huge improvement in playability. If that lasts I don't know, but I'd like to hope things are finally being done.

On the same note, if people aren't doing their jobs, ignoring you and things are falling apart, I don't see anything wrong with pointing it out, loudly and often if need be. Just my opinion.

I updated my own complaint thread to state that today I've seen a huge improvement in playability. If that lasts I don't know, but I'd like to hope things are finally being done.

Noticeable improvement in playability? Oh, I thought it was a freak occurrence because in the morning I was able to finish a major arkfall without lagging out, and my network monitor did not show severe lag spikes and packet losses either.

Hope you are right and this trend will not break tomorrow or next week.
