I still haven't heard back from support. I only have email as an option (haven't bought anything in awhile).
The speed that they were able to fix this (once they knew the problem) for you and other users I've seen with the same issue gives me hope.
Now I just hope emails for support aren't on the bottom of their lists: happy thoughts - happy thoughts
