Those people will wish they hadn't returned them when everything is stable. This game is amazing. I can deal with downtime. It's expected.

You obviously need to learn to read then. "New unopened games are returnable within the first 7 days." Straight off the receipt. You can't return an opened new game.

Insulting? No. Stating an obvious fact to your statement which was incredibly incorrect? Yes. I hate GameStop, that comes from being a store manager with them for years and it being a horrible job. The way you worded your previous statement could have been better, cause you were full out attacking them. Get some sleep, though. You're gonna need it for when the servers actually work.

The main reason for the high amount of returns are the console gamers that have never played an MMO at launch. Gamestop hadn't seen so many returns on an item because you don't return MMOs. And normal games don't have stability issues because they aren't solely online games that are supposed to handle several thousands of players at once. People have no patience at all. Sadly this is especially true for console gamers. Give them something they've never seen before and they decide that the issues are to much for them.

It sucks Trion has to lose out on the money from those people. But I'm personally glad those people won't be sharing the game with us.

Wish one of those little punks would give me a pre-order code seeing as they won't need it. Gamestop screwed me out of mine >.>

gamestop will take returns on games within the first week don't let the clerks lie to you so they do not have returns on their record the corporate policy is within 7 days they even have an option to put in that it was returned because you didn't like the game itself

You are wrong in your assessment of our return policy. I am an assistant store manager at GameStop and I can say you need to read the back of your receipt sir/ma'am. You should not call people liars until you yourself have all the facts straight. Have a good day.

I have a little over 300k power up points and I can honestly say that if you buy enough of stuff anything is returnable........now saying that I have only returned one opened game and gotten full credit back but that was two worlds two.

i didn't think i was the only one who has done this and when i worked there i returned games like that all the time lol oh well either way i am still wrong lol

I agree this game is fantastic, and will only get better in time.

It's only day 2 people. I have had very little issues personally. Day one was fine, this morning I did get kicked from the servers several times, but hopped right back on, no wait. Just a little annoying but nothing to trade a game in for.

I have already got 3 friends to run out and purchase it after they were hanging on the fence.
