Account bank storage ?

What is the use of extra character slots if there is no account bank storage ?

can anyone list some of the advantages that extra character slots will provide vs making an additional account, other than the DLC's.

I have 5 characters that I rotate between. Just started really but I have a 2200 ego male human, a 1900 ego male irathian, a 1500 ego male castithan, a 1000 ego female irathian & a 300 ego female human.
I like playing each a different way(one is focused on co-op stuff, one does mainly story line, one does mainly arkfalls, etc)

I think the DLC is the only advantage unless you include not having to sign into multiple accounts and having to create multiple passwords and stuff.
I can think of more advantages for separate accounts then I can for one. (being online at the same time, trading, etc)

But how do you justify the alts? Just different looks, right? The rest could all be done on the same character. Essentially it's just the role-playing aspect and there's no actual benefit...?

well it just might be so that you can get the diiferent types of guns as rewards at the end of events and co-ops . outlaws get more shot guns vets get more ars machinist get lmgs. you also pull those out of lock boxes.look at your no. 1 load out and it will tell you what you signed up for then think back at what youve been mostly getting for rewards. easy.

The game has changed in various ways. I recently started playing an alt so I could check out how different. This is also the only way to replay all the side missions that you do the first time you do the main story. You can replay the main story, but not all those side missions.

It has been fun seeing how much difference my knowledge of the game makes. My low ego alt tears through stuff because I know what weapons to look for.

This game just needs a mailing system for trades and sending stuff to alts.

Hilariously enough, there is a mailing system in game, the "APS" or something that you drop side mission stuff off of, but you can't actually use it to send mail.

It'll probably never happen, but not being able to mail stuff in an MMO is dumb. Same with no AH (or at least some sort of market area in-game to set up trading)

I'm sure there are more of us that think the same, and the Ego codes too, also can start your own Co-op map with 4 accounts.

But doesn't matter how many slots you have, you still can't trade inventory with your alt, that was my main point in this thread.

I thought about a mail system, but it will go against what Trion is trying to do. players will use the mail as a storage for free, just like the item claim. but Account Storage can be sold with Bits, so either one you pick, Storage or Slots they still have the same amount of income if not more.
