Bought bits and live chat still cancels my request to use live chat

I can't get live chat to work even after buying bits just says status: canceled
and continues too tell me too make a resent recent purchase or buy a patrons pass.
which i have already done....

I'm having the same problem since 10/22. I'm on ps3 and bought the season pass from the psn store and only one of the dlc's were activated. If sent in tickets about it too. Today I bought bits and spent them from inside the game and still I get the same as you. Must make a purchase or be a patron. I did that in hopes that I could use the customer live chat to try and get my dlc's activated. Have you had any luck from customer service yet?

Just log in to glyph and tried live chat it still says I must make a purchace or be patron. I am on ps3

OK I have tried all webs like Firefox and Google chrome and still it says must make a purchase. I don't have a PC only a iPad but I did just get back from my public library and used there pc's . Out come still the same. Must make purchase or patron. I just want my dlv's activated. Iv had this issue now for 5 days. GM Fasti I sent you a personal message with my ticket #'s. Please help me!!
