Hulker Halloween

so I've heard I few rumors and I'd like to confirm some.

#1 (I don't believe it myself) but someone's said they've gotten an oj mod from the pumpkins in major hulkers.
your opinion?

#2 pumpkin heads. rumor is that being #1 on scoreboard unlocks one for you/ idk about the other
any thoughts?

#3 is it possible to pull oj's? and if so what was your score when you got it?

#1 - no opinion
#2 - i think it's random from arkfall rewards. you don't have to be #1 on scoreboard (but unsure if that will raise your chances)
#3 - yes, but only from arkfall rewards (not mob drops), as long as you hit the top tier score threshold you will have a chance to get OJ (20k i think)

1: ojs are never a drop (only a reward/lockbox item) so they were probably mistaken.

2: It is completely random, placement on the scoreboard does not matter.

3: See one and 2, there's the answer. Possible RANDOM event reward, although there might be a top tier reward for the Halloween events, If there is then you just need over either 20k or 25k points, depending on which tier system they copied.
