Bought the dlc for 7th legion but it's junk. Expected more but all I get to do is fight incursions and arkfall bosses. I do that anyway. No normal contracts and only shield I've seen is the default you get when you buy the dlc. -_- disappointed.

Have you visited the 7th Legion vendor yet? There's one at the Overpass in San Francisco and one at the Water Temple in Silicon Valley. You can get a title, one of a few specific 7th Legion weapons, a 7th Legion Mod Cache, or even a 7th Legion Supply Crate (this contains weapons and possibly outfits/hats).
Yeah, but the daily and weekly contracts are dumb. Killing the monolith depends on "other" players ability for teamwork. Almost always is failed. You only get 10 rep points for completing an incursion, but that's daily. You get nothing for the siege you're led to after the incursion.
For what needs to be done is not all that great but the 7th Legion Fury synergy is one of the best for PvP. And Surge shields are the best for melee. They offer good things from the vendor but that's the extent of the DLC.
I guess I expect more for the price. Honestly feel like I wasted $.
The Siege itself rewards a random 7th Legion weapon and a Lock Box. If I recall correctly, every Incursion rewards 5 points upon completion, daily or not. If your raid is running out of time during the Monolith fight, you may need to convince them of a few things:Originally Posted by Markeen
1. Don't use the EGO boost when there aren't any enemies around.
2. Once the Motivators are exposed, weapons with high crit values are VERY effective.
3. If possible, save an EGO boost for the Tachmag Drive phase to really get some damage in.
This is an MMOTPS. The intent is to provide cooperative gameplay, your mileage may vary.
Is it stupid to think that doing the various things that are deemed a pain by this person have separate rewards BESIDES 7th Legion rep?
In any case; I'll buy all the DLC's bundled, and expand my Defiance joy come Black Friday.
Not going to let anyone tell me it's a bad move: As I am finding this game to be FUN.

7th Legion DLC is a waste of money. $10 for a set of weapon unlocks and access to a rep grind. Woooooo!
The weeklies are dumb in that you have to do two weeklies just to get the same amount of rep as every other faction but they only have one weekly, because they had to pad it out to make it SEEM like there was more content for the DLC. lol
It is by far the worst DLC of the 5.

I hear you brother, I bought all DLC's together (apart from Castithan charge pack i bought almost a year ago) and i feel every penny is well spent..
Besides, it's not like it's expensive or anything. Sure, DLC's don't provide a whole lot of new content, but it also costs relatively cheap, more than other games. For the price of the entire season pass here, you can't even get 1 DLC for other titles.
I too also had already bought the season pass/DLC bundle. I agree that the 7th legion DLC was pretty lame but the vendor or specifically the supply crate for 100 rep was pretty easy to obtain, at least for me. I have also had very good "luck" with them, resulting in many legendaries and outfits, almost more than all the other vendor supply crates combined.
