    What's the general wait to hear back from Support?

    I preordered the Ultimate edition from Gamestop, and I had zero codes outside of my preorder bonus code printed on my receipt. No game code, no season pass code, no...I forget what else, I'd have to dig out the bulky box.

    I've been on hold with Live Assistance for...I don't know, it's been more than an entire day and a half now, and almost as long waiting to hear back from support.

    The code for the ultimate edition content is on the back cover of the games manual.

    Mine was blank. Hence the reason I said no codes, etc.

    Well that is truely odd. Can't imagine why your ultimate edition would be different but I can't say at this point that I am surprised.

    Yeah. What worries me most is not hearing from any official sources. This is 150 USD I gave them, you know? I mean, I get it's just been released. I get they're dealing with a lot of stuff. But at least some official non-automated "Hey, we've noticed your specific problem and will get back to you as soon as we can" response would be nice.

    At this point it's been almost two and a half days for me.

    i cant even remember the name of the game but, i was playing at launch of one that had my toon stuck and the only way to get help was to put in a ticket and wait for a reply to your email. its been over 5 years, still havent seen that email :|

    At this point, you'll be lucky to hear from support AT ALL.

    The issues just keep piling up and they're not getting fixed. Naturally, this results in players raging on the forums and support tickets. In short, the support center is swamped with angry messages. They don't care how much money you spent. I bought the Collector's and as far as they're concerned, we're both just two unhappy customers.

    Btw, even though I can connect, it's like there's an unwritten rule: the servers go down after 9 pm Central...for hours and hours.
