I have been away from Defiance a long time...

I have been away from Defiance PS3 for a long time, I started playing online the first day it was available for digital download. I progressed pretty good it was very fun, then I stopped playing for it seems like over a year.
When i go in game now everything is barely recognizable... I do not know wtf is going on, I feel lost.

Does anyone have a cure for this? I feel overwhelmed at how much content was added since I last played...
seems like certain stuff was nerfed/nuked some items added, powers taken away and even the controls seems different... it is kind of frustrating actually and I do not want to just waste a game acct that I put large amount of time into ... HELP PLEASE !!

Your best bet - get into a clan.

There are a couple of friendly groups out there that can show you the ropes.

It has changed a lot since the beginning, but it's still a great game to play and the learning curve is not really too steep.

I took a long break as well but the learning curve wasn't bad. Two things to mind in particular IMO are the armor plate/nano changes and the tenfold increase in keycode prices. Things are much better than they were immediately after the scaling update. Have fun!
