Soooo, if Trion doesn't give us our bits/boosts back... we can nerd rage and burn this place down right?

I manage a Network Operations Center which services 6500+ people, and when there is even a brief outage it is not fun. I feel Bad for their network team, they are dealing with quite a bit more people and have a forum for people to voice their anger about it too lol

My "easy route" is precipitated by something I have to do everyday for 8-10hrs called WORK! :-p

Watch it be a resource allocation issue running in VMware. I have seen it before, some admins allocate more memory to the virtual machine but don't bother allocating more vcpu to the VM...i have seen it before and this is quite indicative to that type of outcome...

I expected problems for this game. I didn't expect and I envision the guys just rebooting the server computers every few hours. It was worse today than launch day. There is no patches, no updates from devs, no server status page. Being positive for the game is great, but stop silver lining it, right now, the game is broke. I think the server geeks shrugged their shoulders and went out for a smoke.

This is why we Alpha and Beta tested well in advance. Trion assured us a different product a launch, from what I see the launch product is worse wtf. T.V show is released on the 15th so I am hoping for some major improvement then and also with the release of the DLC's. Issues such as server stability in pvp matches, pre order purchuses not showing up, game crashes these are all expected. Issues like clan support, in game chat and voice systems, pretty much the entire social system, bugged missions ect. should have bin repaired long before launch.
