I have pre ordered a few games from PSN, and Sony always sends an email linking to the game a couple days after the store updates with the game. However, all of my other preorders let me download the preorder bonus at the same time as the full game. Hopefully the codes will come soon.

And click on "Live Chat" there you will wait until a agent is free and they will ask you your name, last name, date of birth and the day when you registered your trion account of defiance (Found on the email they send when you register" after you give all the data they will send your bonus items and fix the problems, i just did it and i got my challenger now

True, but at least is better than waiting the message with the code by sony that can be much more time or infinite LOL anyway i just enter to the queue and play defiance and check every 15 min, the GM actually waited a lot until i noticed was my turn and he also fixed the problem and i got my items
