I assure you it's the same thread as all the others in the past crying for weapon nerfs resulting from PVP butthurt. There have been about a dozen alone on the slugger I've seen since launch. I guess what I was trying to say is that there will always be someone crying about some weapon, even when it's obvious that the slugger isn't even in the top tier of imagined OP.

Maybe what should happen is that the person calling for the nerf must demonstrate the overwhelming superiority of the (insert weapon name here)? Pics or it didn't happen and doesn't need a nerf.

I fully agree with you. People ***** and moan about trivial things and Trion "fixes" them. When all those resources could be used at improving server stability. All of the crybabies are acting like this game revolves around pvp. NEWS FLASH, it doesn't. They just added 200 ego points so you could skip all of the pvp pursuits. Like many of you have said, it's a game and games are meant to be fun. Well you're being the biggest hypocrite of all by doing things that you obviously aren't enjoying then complaining about it.

I don't know if the OP is 5900 or not but if he is, why the hell are you complaining? What are you trying to prove? I suppose it's along the lines of "I'm max ego and shouldn't be dying at all." Look at what you named this thread and then realistically think about it. You're pretty much inadvertently naming and shaming anyone that uses a slugger.

You should look for a new game because obviously pvp (which is literally 3% of this game) is ruining your day.

But the overwhelming proof is seen any day when playing...

How can ppl act oblivious for what the Slugger can do? These same kinds of people actually tried to make sense as to why the Surge Bolter wasn't over powered when it was a no recoil hip fire god mode gun that was killing everything from a Volge Viscera att and below with one hit.

I for one have no problem with the Sluggers power considering the way it shoots. But if its going to have such power then it should to be balanced with a lower rate of fire.
