    i want a refund

    I have played rift since it came out from day one so I got this game to I even pre ordered it while I was in afghan so I could play win I got home and I hate that win am playing I get kick from the game after a few min playing my xp boost will be gone by the time I get to play are I cant even get in the game cuz the service is not available and win I do get it and start playing I cant do a mission with out it buging out on me thin kicking me so I want a refund

    spelling aside. he feels that way about it and so should be issued a refund. the issues with the console and pc launches are bad enough to warrant it.

    I don't entirely agree with that. All game launches have their issues and bugs to work out. Especially MMOs and even more unique to it, an MMO that is side-by-side with a television show. Also, a new feature to the genre is cross-console. Nothing like this has been accomplished truly successfully right on launch.

    I totally get wanting perfection, I believe that Trion does as well. But, you will never catch everything before a game's launch to the public on this scale. Can't complain cause their working on it hard it seems.

    A Refund Should Be Valid

    I agree with the other gentleman who posted on this thread. I have seen all the exploited media about this new MMO and was very excited to finally see one on the Xbox 360 platform. I didn't preorder like most but I was there for release and got myself a copy of the game the "CRITICS" raved about, even though, I am still wondering how they came up with their conclusions considering what I have learned that NO ONE including myself can even play the damn game. I now have a total of 6 hours of my life that I will never get back from the VERY poor server download speeds and then when it FINALLY downloaded I got a "CRITICAL: The Defiance Service Is Not Available. Please Try Again Later." message. I also want my VERY HARD EARNED money back and I WILL be at the retailer first thing when they open to GET MY MONEY BACK. I have played MMO's since the release of one of the very first ones and I believe the Devs seriously had their heads way up an area that their heads shouldn't be. To release a game that in NO way had the means to comply with it's sales and player expectations is an insult to gamers, Recreational to Professional, worldwide. Really People? did this even go through proper Beta testing????? I may pick this game back up in a year or two when you finally have your heads back on your shoulders and out of your colons and the issues are taken care of. But by then you may have pissed of the gaming community enough that there may not be anyone online to enjoy the game with...............

    already tried was told that I was out side the refund time line sense I preordered ... this will never happen agin I will never preorder just to get stuck with garbage
