I don't entirely agree with that. All game launches have their issues and bugs to work out. Especially MMOs and even more unique to it, an MMO that is side-by-side with a television show. Also, a new feature to the genre is cross-console. Nothing like this has been accomplished truly successfully right on launch.

I totally get wanting perfection, I believe that Trion does as well. But, you will never catch everything before a game's launch to the public on this scale. Can't complain cause their working on it hard it seems.

This game being launched side by side with a television show has absolutely nothing to do with development and game process at release. also I know of 17 games that have been released in the last TEN (10) years that have been cross console and one of them being a MMO/RPG that was crossed from PC to Console. so this is nothing new at all. Yes there can be release date "GLITCHES" and I do MEAN glitches at the very very early stages of a games introduction to the community, but it should NEVER be on this level.....

Come on people, this happens with every major game that comes out. Hell, Call of Duty STILL has problems with spawn and latency issues. This isn't an easy fix for the devs, and it does take time, but it WILL get fixed. That being said, for those of you who are "set" on getting your money back, good luck. If you got the game at Gamestop, refund is void once the game is opened. It says right on your receipt, and by purchasing the game you acknowledge that fact. The best you can do is trade it in for store credit. In fact, I'm pretty sure ALL retail stores has the same thing printed on their receipt. So again, good luck with that.

yes mmo games have problems win they come out. but there should be some kind of confession for are trouble on this scale. FFXIV was so bad that u got to play for free till they fixed it. which took them all most a year to do so. hell win rift came out u ppl had trouble getting on to many ppl got the game not enough severs to support that many but in about 2 days done fixed. 2 days now for defiance and nothing not even hay where doing this in fill detail on how where going to fix this sorry for your trouble spill. and as far as my grammar yes its not my strongest suet so get over it many ppl have problems with there grammar

Stop being girls. It's a FREE TO PLAY MMORPG.. What doesn't make sense to you? Two years ago you had to pay $15-20 a month for a launch like this. This is great! They're working on stuff, they've done a few patches already.. Try MechWarrior Online, it's a "MMO" but has no content and they're going to monetize anyone who's in a clan/merc corp only.

Umm are you ****ing kidding me? PC/XBOX/PS3 worlds are all seperate. ITS THREE SEPERATE F$CKING GAMES!!! what do you mean its never been done before.. EVERY F$CKING BIG GAME NOWADAYs THAT COMES OUT, COMES OUT ON ALL THREE PLATFORMS>> XBOX/PS/ and PC. call of duty? yea all three systems. Crysis? yea all three systems.. how f$cking ******ed are you. This isnt a ****ing MMO that is miraculously mixing all three system populations. its a glorified Single player game, with almost no MMO aspects, NO economy, NO reason to socialize and create communities. Apparently you haven't seen what other companies charge out as MMO's then. You need to just delete the game, cancel your account and go play some Call of Duty because obviously the real world is a bit too advanced for you. Children these days need some patience... woosa.. woosa.
