i want a refund

Impatient, ignorant, and entitled. At this point, a couple of days from release, if you are wanting a refund you are one (or more) of those three adjectives. Sure, maybe if some of the issues preventing people from playing at all are not addressed in a respectably timely manner then you have some legitimate complaints. After 2 days of a multi-platform MMOTPS being released, you should be ashamed of yourself if you're carrying torches while spewing vitriol on the games forums.

What? I work 9-5 "kid". I have played for a total of maybe 4 or 5 hours since release and experienced plenty of network issues, but I'm not *****ing. I'm not even quite sure what you are trying to get at...

I agree with the other gentleman who posted on this thread. I have seen all the exploited media about this new MMO and was very excited to finally see one on the Xbox 360 platform. I didn't preorder like most but I was there for release and got myself a copy of the game the "CRITICS" raved about, even though, I am still wondering how they came up with their conclusions considering what I have learned that NO ONE including myself can even play the damn game. I now have a total of 6 hours of my life that I will never get back from the VERY poor server download speeds and then when it FINALLY downloaded I got a "CRITICAL: The Defiance Service Is Not Available. Please Try Again Later." message. I also want my VERY HARD EARNED money back and I WILL be at the retailer first thing when they open to GET MY MONEY BACK. I have played MMO's since the release of one of the very first ones and I believe the Devs seriously had their heads way up an area that their heads shouldn't be. To release a game that in NO way had the means to comply with it's sales and player expectations is an insult to gamers, Recreational to Professional, worldwide. Really People? did this even go through proper Beta testing????? I may pick this game back up in a year or two when you finally have your heads back on your shoulders and out of your colons and the issues are taken care of. But by then you may have pissed of the gaming community enough that there may not be anyone online to enjoy the game with...............

Have you ever played an MMO at launch before? While this is by no means the smoothest MMO launch I've participated in, it is also FAR from the worst. WoW was FAR worst and yet they have the largest player base of any MMO in history. Think about that before you start spouting baseless garbage about doom and gloom.

spelling aside. he feels that way about it and so should be issued a refund. the issues with the console and pc launches are bad enough to warrant it.

ol, no they arent. are the issues bad, yes? its a population and connectivity issue in most cases. during off peak times the game works fine. anyone for an alarm-clock raid.???

The bugs suck and it is no fun when servers go down, but it is what it is. Overall this game is fun..that should be the main focus. Just wait for servers to get back online as you drink a cold adult beverage.

Teizar, hang in there buddy. This is the first few days for a new MMO that is using more than just pc to connect....I'm no computer genius but I guess this is difficult to accomplish. I guess I was lucky and got to play the beta weekend 3 and then right at the start of the launch for like 1/2 a day. I was in fact surprised at how smooth the game was and how it didnt crash at all the first 4 -5 hours (most MMO I have played hae had terrible launch days and you are loggin back in all the time the first day.) I guess this one ran into something that they didnt expect after the 1st day and now they will fix it....thank god it isnt a p2p game or we'd be demanding anextended first month! Im sure they will get it straightened out. I have been playing some older games while they work on it. I under stand your lvl of frustration but this is what it's like for mmo's it seems.
