Banned?

I got an email today from Trion that my account was banned.

I honestly have no idea why. The email didn't give a reason. I really don't do anything but play the game. I don't even talk in chat, except in team with a friend when Steam Voice is flaky.

I had to make another account to even post here. I can't contact support because my account is banned. What do I do? How do I get my account back? CAN I get my account back? I really hope so, since I've bought all the expansion packs, and several things from the Bit store.

I'm kind of panicky because I've never had something like this happen in any of the games I've played.

And, I'm back. I don't know what happened, at all, but I'm glad I was only banned for, like, a half hour. I think.

I'm still curious what the issue was, though. I got the banned email, sent an email to support (outside the system, since I couldn't use the support system, because I was banned), asked here, randomly checked my email, and there was a generic "You're unbanned" email.

Soooo, was it a problem with my account? Did someone try to hack it? Is it going to happen again? I'd kind of like to know.

A lot of people's accounts were messed up due to the hacking of live the other night. One friends account was hacked and hard drive erased, but fixed now. You should be okay now unless it goes down again. Hopefully they have that under control now though.

Not sure what resulted in my Ban yet it also ended up banning me from Xbox Live too. Funny Part is like you I don't do much chatting (I hate type with the controller), I have no mic , I don't have any third party stuff or any fancy joystick- All I have are all the DLC I download over the months I have played lol - I file a appeal with them but lets see.
