Loosing weapons

I have lost 2 assault rifles while I was adding mod slots to them. Both times I went into a loading screen and when I came out it was gone. I'm getting really tired of this happening and I would like it fixed soon please thanks.

Samething has been happening to me I've lost two rare snipers and acouple shotguns this issue is really making me regret the time I've spent in this game
