you see.. lets say trion makes some content it wants the customer to have for free.. xbox (MS) says "woah!!, we will take a look at this content, and decide if it should have some cost to it.." and they usually do.. which then must be purchased for their form of currency.. which does not evenly match up with item pricing (convenient right?) meaning that consumer will not only pay for content that might have been free, but he will have to pay even more vs. a standard direct purchase.. in order to facilitate this.. the game runs through xbl, then to tw servers.. THERE is the hang up in the middle..

Maybe should have bought the PC version. I just wanted to try the first MMO on my XBOX.
All your issues are plain old server lag issues. Those who do not have the greatest connection, when overloaded with all these mmo capabilities have problems. Give them some time and before you know it anyone, even those with bad internet will be able to at least play gracefully through most features

They are working on it and will always be working on it. It is even more difficult to fix because Trion has to work with the XBL issues. This is basically round 2 of beta. There are a ton more people playing than what they tested with. So just give it some time and i'm sure you will be playing with little issues soon.

So the answer to your question is > Wait
I understand what your saying but they did a crappy job on testing these issues that always pop up. A 3 day beta is no where near enough to solve these problems. I know every MMO, hell even none MMO games always have conection issues. They will fix it in time but a lot of people get mad they dropped 60 bones on a game they can't play.

Why don't you ease off the Xbox hate. Practically everyone charges for extra content these days. PC developers do, Sony does, Microsoft does. Don't act like it's some giant grand conspiracy by just Microsoft. These companies are out to make money. If they charge, it's up to you the consumer to decide if you want to buy it or not. No one forces you. And blaming the lag on "pathetic hardware"? Ridiculous, it is just server lag that will get straightened out. Almost every MMO since Final Fantasy 11 that at one point or another announced their intent to release on 360 have canceled. So this is the first MMO in a very long time. What I've played when able to get in has been lag free and that is on a wireless connection. The xbox handles the game just fine. I am not an MMO player but I have some experience through listening to my brother and what he says about them. I quite frankly am content with what I know is waiting for me in this game and I have full faith that I will enjoy myself once they get this straightened out. Anyone that bought this game and didn't atleast expect some hiccups at launch were completely ignorant. Every big game has these problems at launch. Gears of War, Uncharted, Call of Duty, Halo, Killzone, Battlefield, Resistance, MAG. All of these games facilitate anywhere between 10-250 players. Here we have a game trying to house thousands upon thousands. Things are going to break.

i think the main thing is for those who complain, myself included that we want to be heard. pretty simple. and this would be the easist way, instead of throwing the game out or using it as a ninja star / returning it. and alot of the issues people have are legit, not just whine whine whine. besides if they dont get the feedback from people who complain how are they going to fix all the issues and make the game live up to the potential it has?

I'd like to see you tell that to the devs. One of the funniest things I have heard so far.
People complaining definitely will not help out. They already know what going on.

What it needs is multiple servers to log on to so that there isn't 100 million players on one server
