Most I got through Elite Lockbox, the Volge weps I got from the final at the Bathhouse. I think some may have gone through claims, but I'm not sure which ones anymore. If it happens in the future I'll make a note of it and pass it along.

Didn't weapons pre encryption stay unencrypted?
I got a Reckoning smg a few days back, it went to claims because my inventory was full. It is in inventory now (on my 5611 character) and it is not encrypted!
