Ego question

I thought I read somewhere >.> that you get something for raising all weapon and vehicle levels up to level 10. Did I misread what I thought I read... or just my old mind playing tricks on me? I'm up to 4400 ego now and I guess I have to start filling in the blanks in my pursuits to get any higher? 1500 seems like a lot of blanks to fill in...

Aren't your pursuits all listed under goals? This shouldn't be a lot of trouble.

I know what my pursuits are, I thought I read that getting level 10 on all weapons and vehicles gave you ego, but I wasn't sure I read it right. It was quite a while ago and I can't find anything about it now.
