Questions. Shouldn't a game thats server based, have servers that wont fail mass connection? How is it, that a game thats designed to house thousand of players, have servers to contain hundreds?

I got past the connecting to servers page 2x, but then it timed out when trying to log my char in![]()

Anything can spawn a server crash. Not just with the amount of people on it. A quest can trigger a bug and force the game to just crash for no reason. Think of it like a program on your PC that just crashes and you have no clue on why it crashed. Same thing sorta replies to this reason as well. Just from a server standpoint.
While yes, you're correct about that but you need to remember that when the server gets fixes, it can easily mess up other elements in the database within the server. Making the game glitch out or just straight cause a server crash. Yet like i said in your thread, its prob just a server popularity issue which is pretty easy to take care of.
