OMG! My latest positive thread - the FCN bulletin on the Solstice Events - is on page 5! I'm so depressed when I look at ALL the negative threads complained or fighting originally posted at the same time that are on page 1!

Back on topic, I don't think a moderator can change human nature's proclivity for negative and destructive tirades!

Yeah, I went aways back. Everything even remotely positive seems to just get buried. It's why, even though we're so off topic most of the time in this thread, I keep posting. It's become my little island of positive light.

No a Mod may not be able to change human nature, anymore than highway patrol can, but ever notice all the brake lights when people see one?

Well there have been one or two, i know one person started a thread on the positive side of the solstice event. I know cause i posted in it a couple times and when i can't find a positive thread to post in i try to bring a positive out look to the bad ones. Course since much of my positive contributions are in the form of sarcasm most people just ignore them. sigh i'm just misunderstood much of the time. Oh well no one said i had to be serious about everything . The recent spam has not helped pushing everything back 3 pages every morning. Everything gets buried.

Oh and i love reading your stuff Belle so keep right one doing it. You are an awesome writer.

I do manage to get your carspasm most of the time. Just now starting to find my legs in these forums so expect more responses in the future. Tried being upbeat in some of those negative threads. It just seems to bring out even more hostility, so I figure why bother. Maybe if I just stay out of them they'll die off and start dropping back. Hard to keep positive stuff up front when you're usually enjoying the game and not on the forums.

Yeah if it gets to serious or outright nasty i will just take my marbles somewhere else to play . Your right it is hard to keep up with the forum when the game is so addicting lol.

keeping the hopes up and finding posative posts is hard. to many negative people seem to like spreading there hate around the forums and dont want to look at things in the light but perfer to hide in the dark. (( even though some can be in the dark and see the light ? ))

but all in all. its not hard to keep posts posative if you can. its just a matter of learning who to block so you ignore there posts. and also who not to and to reply to.

over time every one figures out who to just avoid. and so will most new faces here.

we allready had a touch of some of them here in this thread but. hay thats life. there every where. (( imo i think some of the bad people on the forum act the way thy do just to be noticed. or get attention. )) but thats human nature. every one wants to be seen some how or someplaces.

if i had more exsperiance in the job fields that trion highers for. i think it would be kind of fun to work for them. last i checked unles thy filled the spot. thy where highering for there texes branch . o.o wounder if thy are highering up here in cali.

someones on the ball tonight o.o i just refreashed the page and watched one of out little friends posts disappear and be replaced with a new user and new post. so someones burning the midnight oil out there and keeping this beast in check for now
