    Cloak or Blurr

I used cloak in the beta and loved it with my shotty character. But I was wondering should I do blurr instead? It seems like no one is using blurr in game.

Of the four powers in beta, I liked blur the least . Maybe it has some value in PvP but I couldn't find it anywhere else.

Depending on your weapon's of Choice. That's the key to making your build become more fun and more relevant in a fight. Blur would be good for close range weapons like Shotguns and BMG with added stock mod with extra Melee Damage and can be also excellent for using the healing mechanic behind BMG, getting faster to your friendlies and get those heals going on them. Cloak if you like a more stealth type which goes good with all weapons but can suck up close for close range weapons. If you went cloak, i would go Sniper or Assault Rifle with an added scope mod mixed in to give you some nice range. While also taking more of the stealthy perks like ones that grant more crit damage with an enemy who hasn't seen you yet. Good for a surprise i guess. I'm still working out some builds at the moment. The Medic I'm still sorting out the perks for my main character as my second build load out.

I was working on a cloak shotgun guy in the beta. It was really good. I was also thinking that with the right perks blurr can get really good. It can get up to 140% faster than a character without blurr if the conditions are met.

shield break and a kill or melee kill both maxed give you an additional 45% speed boost each.

Blur is a fantastic power for shotgun users, i'll tell you how to get the most bang for your buck.

First, get Blur, then get the perk that reduces your blur cooldown and the perk that extends the duration of blur with every enemy you kill while it's active.

Next, get the gunslinger perk, it's about halfway between blur and cloak. Gunslinger makes it so that any criticals you deal while hip firing deal more damage. And since shotguns tend to have 1 or 2 pellets hit an enemy in the head with each shot this adds up to some serious damage from crits.

So now you have a character with a fast cooldown who deals massive damage while running and gunning with shotguns that also extends his blur duration with every kill. And considering the damage you're going to be outputting with a shotgun you can keep blur active for quite a while.

I don't know why more people don't use blur, it's super awesome for running and gunning with SMGs and Shotguns.
