My character got deleted

[Why]

Okay.. So i was doing a mission called the west something(its a main mission) then i go and see this thing called the pulverizer so i go to pick it up click LT and all of a sudden i got kicked from the server. I go to log in and it say your connection has timed out 4 times it said this. So i finally connect and all i see is create new character. My ego was 227 i did a lot of challenges and arkfalls is there any way to get my character back?


P.S i had pre order bonuses dodge challenger,plauge bringer, and arkfall code bonuses

Probably a bug I cant get back into game right now myself, I would wait and see, losing characters is pretty much unheard of in mmo's there is a lot of back up for that.

i think the servers are down, if they are up on 360 restart your xbox.

Are you sure it's gone? Had you created only one character?
Try pressing left or right , you can create multiple characters.
Just for troubleshooting purposes.

yes I've press left and right multiple times i don't even see an arrow
