Yup. They weren't there. I got everything else except what i paid for.
This is the common response not sure if people just aren't able to read or what but if we got our ark code stuff and the basic pre order stuff it all ends up in the claim items area so it goes to show that yes we actually did check that... and no the deluxe item stuff is not there. I sat in live chat que for 6 hours today and got to next in que right after they shut it down for the night...I just want the stuff I paid for or the 40 dollars extra I paid for it.Originally Posted by Defy

When i bought the game through Trion they put the codes in for me. So i guess its on them to fix. Does no good to write a ticket because they never answer.
Put in a customer help request yesterday. 24 hours latter nothing. If I would have known that I would not get the items I paid for I would not have bought the delux edition. Very sad panda but to be honest seems like many many players were shorted their items.
Might want to read around a bit as it has been addresses that they are looking into it, and it can sometimes take time for them to appear. Might be next time you log on, an hour later or tomorrow. But they will appear sooner or later.
I logged into their Live Chat on the support page. There was almost a 2-hour queue, but they hooked me up in a few minutes after I got in touch with them.
