I got an OJ Radiant Wolfhound the other day. I love that thing. My poor radiant pulsar has taken a backseat to it.

I personally like the Magnum Revolver melee attack. If that doesn't work, run around the enemy in a circle yelling "Woop Woop" and hitting it with a no nano Birdshot.

Course, that was before the Birdshot got its buff, and haven't had a moment to experiment with it since.

I'm going to have to try this method. It will definitely include more colorful language.

You should have seen me last night! I am now around ego 5641.

Anyway.... I was at a Minor SS, with 3 others, but it stayed at TL3, so we know the were little ones. That said I Bio naded a Viscera, the Sob charged me, and I just stood there, lined up my EXL pistol (with a crit of x4.5, after placing a t5 crit barrel on it), Over-Charged, fired and got a crit killing him dead.

IT was the last kill at the event, and the little ones blew up chat with shocked responses, such as:

"DOOD, You TKO'd him! Where do I get THAT gun?!"

"Wow bro! You destroyeded him! How do I get that powerful?!"

"I CALL HAXZ!!! THERE IS NO WAY ANYBODY AN KILL A VICSIRA WITH JUST A GRENADE AND 1 BULLET! I should know, I have played this game since it first launched on November 18 2014!! IT has only been out a little over a month! I play everyday and am only ego 1200!! All you people over 5000, had to have cheated to get that high in a month!!!!!!!!!"

LOL. That last poor fool just couldn't understand that the game has been out since April 2013, and just became available for free to all Xbox players in November. The other 2 (REALLY low) guys, told loudmouth to shut up and learn his facts and not to accuse somebody, who is confident enough to stare down a Viscera with just a pistol and win, of cheating. IT is obvious that the game has been out for quite awhile and most, if not all, 5000's know their ****!

We sit down with the viscera and explain the futility of life... then they usually kill themselves...

Failing that, bio the armour off with a smg, then rip the shields and health with crits from a slugger shotty. Any nano but lightning for the slugger. Wolfies work well too. Any good damage crits usually stagger them, except during their charge, gives you plenty of follow up time. Walking in concentric circles around them the whole time, rolling for the boom shots, and keeping two or three car lengths away.

When up against threat level 10 viscera, they dont last more than 30-40 seconds solo... but then most of us are e5900... so we are technically cheating

I use my GoldenRing. 3- t4 mods and a catalytic amplifier mag. 6.6x crit. It hits so hard in the face...they don't even have a chance to ramp up or shoot for that matter.

A perfect combination for major solstice arkfalls is the GoldenRing for all the small arkfalls, then break out my fully t4 modded Plate Slicer BMG for tremendous points in the final stage(no healing), and the Pistol to shoot some dead when the herds thin. Average major arkfall points: 100k+ Average kills: 80-120

Best gun of all to use against a viscera while soloing is a wolfhound or wildcat they have the highest DPS in the game when you get critical hits and the visceras head makes an easy target.

i think the Detu Ara is better than the Wolfhound. it has electric damage. takes shields down quick. then finish up with a shotgun if you are in close, or a high fire rate sniper rifle from distance. those tactics have worked great for me so far.

At that point you take your pistol and shoot yourself with it.
