I finished it like two days ago.
I had all but two of the recorders on my last run that completed it.
Keep trying, it seems to be a moody instance.. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Seems like you have to keep doing it. I didn't have the Meta for the completion when I had cleared it 3 times, but on time #4 it magically completed. It just seems to bug out, for whatever reason. =/
