They're probably either working too dilligently to fix this to crack out an update, or they're reclining in their money-chairs sipping champagne to celebrate a truly elegant con.
Or they're working really hard to fix this whilst sitting in their money-chairs, but they're too drunk from their champagne to get very much done.

Update: Critical Server Errors and Time out Issues (April 3rd, 9:00pm)
We're working to fix Critical Server Errors - for now if they appear, please try again in 2-3 minutes. Our best people are working on this!

Our Team is still working on connectivity issues and we are working to resolve them as soon as possible. The servers will remain offline until the issues are resolved. We expect to be back online shortly.

Actually it went down at 2:00AM CDT... However on our teamspeak one guild mate out of 120 remains online, and streaming, so the server has not kicked everyone... But we have 30 more in TS which can not get in... and most reported kicked at exactly 2, which sounds like a maintenance... But as noted, no official post...
