Give us something while we wait...

At the main menu, instead of just constantly trying to connect, give us an option to at least pass our time while it retries. Maybe mess around with characters, read up on weapons/enemies/in game content, an offline little mini game...anything really.

I get a "this content is currently unavailable" voiceover for that..anyone got another link since im guessing its doing an IP check for country location?
