The best way to increase your ego rating is doing pursuits (achievements). Hit F2 in-game. Enjoy.

At 748 at the moment, my clan is only a small group of people from outside the game that bought it instead so only 4/6 of us play hardcore, but one of them just lost their harddrive so will be a day or 2 behind.

All 4 are well over 500 so you're more than welcome to join us, just PM me and I can send you the Teamspeak info and get you a clan invite. We also do PvP and have achieved and are still aiming for a lot of the PC first pursuits.

Most of the pursuits you can get just from playing the game especially the Area pursuits. You do not need to do anything that out of the way to get most of them.
