It's not just PSN. My xbox won't even start unless I disconnect from the router; it just navel stares forever trying to connect to Live.

Their webpage also comes and goes as well.

It has been slow from what I've seen today many got ps4s and brought the servers down lizardsquad is jumping on the bandwagon claiming ownership
