Nope it is to late you had to be signed up before it was given out as a reward to those that are signed up for the newsletter.
however you signup now the next time they give a gift for receiving the news letter you will not miss out.
I got the email telling me I would get the Omega Recon armor too, but it hasn't shown up in my claimable items too. So I want to know what's going on as well.

Sign into your glyph account, all the way at the bottom of the page theres some small links kinda like asite nav, you'll find newsletters is 1 of those links
My friend did not sign up for any newsletter, yet got the suit. But their account is linked. Does that automatically sign you up for the newsletter?
