If you can't take the time to favorite items then ignore the second confirmation on the sell or salvage all well the loss is yours the mistake is yours not Trions and they should not restore anything due to laziness.
I certainly agree it was my mistake. If it can be fixed GREAT. If not, so be it.

This isn't a question of whose fault it is. Remember when deleting characters didn't require you to enter a more robust confirmation? That could still be your 'fault' but nobody agreed it was the optimal UI arrangement. "Sell All" should be changed along the same lines, as the upside of the feature is much less than the catastrophic downside.

I believe Gm Fasti and Rashere are the forum's Holiday team on call this week. Try one of them, OP.

Rashere is a dev, Fasti is community support so I would try him/her first.

Wish we had a storage system other than 35 slots in the inventory. I have a few extras I like to keep depending on the call for the fight.

If you want more inventory, then you need to be willing to spend real cash.

Either buy more inventory in the in-game Defance store, or buy a cheap new copy of the game to buy and use the owner's code from the back of the manuel.

Actually it is a question of fault. Trion already has provided the way to avoid the Mistake the favorite system and a second confirmation before the salvage or sell takes place. If you can not be bothered to use the proper system that is in place then they (Trion) should not waste time fixing player mistakes, there are other more important fixes needing their attention.
if it was a game bug then it is Trions Fault and they should replace the items.

I agree people should look twice when using the 'salvage all'/sell all' options. Then again, it's so easy to make an honest mistake. Don't we all sometimes fail to look twice while rapidly pushing through the options? Almost made such a mistake myself. Wouldn't be such a biggie since i -normally- favorite everything i want to keep. But i did get a nice OJ a few weeks back, forgot to favorite it and used the 'salvage all' button. Then the pop-up appears and i thought: 'That's an abnormal amount of salvage i'm getting here, somethings wrong'. So i declined and had a look where that salvage would be comming from. Almost trashed a nice weapon i was eager to try out...

Nevertheless, definitely the OP's own fault. But i sincerely hope Trion still has that warm X-mas feeling inside their hearts and restore the OP's inventory.
