If you can contact live support and get escalated to tier 2 they can restore and see just about anything. they were great help to me when the upgrade rarity/arkfoge feature first came out

Thanks everyone for the support and suggestions. I have been moved to tier two support and received an email that they can restore my data. That is great news, so we shall see. But I am hopeful.
Glad to hear that all should work out for you. Was pulling for you.

My inventory has been restored. I want to thank Trion customer service for taking the time to fix my mistake in a timely and gracious manner. I know you all are very busy, so it is much appreciated!
Find it actually a bit backwards and discouraging that they can find time to waste fixing player created self mistakes.
Yet Bugs remain from over a year ago, makes me wonder about their priorities.
it has nothing to do with priorities, pursuits or deleted items can be fixed realtime or about it, you just need access to logs and database.
and some bugs can take about a year only to reliably reproduce them and who-knows-how many time to actually fix it.
and as Hooz already said, CS and Dev team are completely different people. i think CS is the same people for all Trion games, so they are always available to help you.

Yes there are real problems CS should be dealing with as well such as the store overcharges rather then honoring sale prices. People that can't buy bits or items reliably due to problems with that stuff.
They all have higher priorities then fixing player self created mistakes.
I just do not believe they should replace items when people can not be bothered to use the tools already provided in game. That was the stance they took at rift and should take here.
Clearly they could put more of those that have time to waste fixing player mistakes to work helping delete the spam that would help everyone and possibly convince new players to stick around rather then leaving when they see this mess.
^ I kind of agree with this. Didn't they add another step to full salvage to help make sure it didn't happen by mistake? Therefore, how could it be done by accident unless you were absolutely incoherent while playing the game. Living with mistakes forces people to be more responsable or accountable. Something which is sorely lacking in today's society.
