Basically summed up the argument in a nutshell, compensation weather ingame items to replace what was lost, of equal value or greater, alongside putting up with the hassle of constantly trouble shooting a game that should at the very least be up and running. That ends my argument with your post. Thats really the jist of it. As for those who returned the game lucky them, ill be forced to stick it out as i only have digital copies, not refundable hard copies*

Lets hope sticking it out is worth it, otherwise ill just move onto other games, and live with the fact of my horrific experience thus far with this companies games, and or launches* Which i assure many i will let echo through word of mouth reviews, and reviews ingeneral.

Trion doesn't owe you or anybody anything. You bought their game of your own willpower. They honestly don't even have to fix the issues. They could leave it just as it sits cause guess what buddy. They already got your money.

It scares me that I live in a world where gamers would rather have their voice chat working instead of the game working correctly.

Yep. Lol just means ill think twice before going with Trion is all, no harm done. After all plenty of other gaming companies that do more, and seem to super seed expectations than Trion. Examples like rsc, indie, and various other companies can be examples. Or even stupidmonkey* granite you even know what that is. Lol, plus i have all game plat-forms, including wii u, if i wanna play a more stable game i have nearly finite* options to other gaming options, its not like its the end of the world.

Point being dont buy a game with out having a trial run, ESPECIALLY for this game, it should have a free PS plus, PC, and xbox live/gold demo version for x amount of time, so others can trial it, and be aware of potential issues, and then judge if it justifies the expense is worth the value of "fun" offered. As for me, ill stick it out regardless. Who knows maybe in due time, my opinion will change, and it will no longer blow balls. As for now though my review stands and i will continue to put down the games worth of playing, and how much its not worth the expense, that justifies the extent of bugs currently available*

Game has a great and interesting story line, and interesting mechancis (nothing really new) but it does offer a few different things.

Problem is, so much unbalanced, un-ironed out issues, oddly the betas were more stable (balance, ammo, and dps) wise vs the release (open release) vs closed, testing release.

As for the issue with a i5 working, yes it WORKs, but its pretty damn unstable in my opinion, jerky fps. Despite using ATI and intel HDgraphics it seems to still suck. Even with a speced out i7 machine, it doesn't mean squat when it breaks down to, the primary problem. Server cannot handle work load resulting in this major issue*.
Again you epicly fail at being an "expert" on the hardware area, hell even on 2 areas to my experience.
One, the game still runs perfect with no issues on a PC and it runs optimally. Stop fuzzing about and optimize your computer. I'll be so damn cheeky and say "Update your freaking drivers, nubcake!".
Secondly you use a ******* ATI card? Over and over people have issues with ATI cards so much, I'm still surprised people buy their hardware. Here is another headsup. Considering you mentioned Rift being flawless on launch, then you should also know that ATI people in general had alot of graphic issues with Rift over the time. Guess who made Defiance? BINGO!

And no, there are no issues with the computer vs. server. That's a logical 101 for IT dummies. It's the server being stressed at some points, which have zero issues to what hardware you use.

Now stop being a whiney git, write down in your little memo book that these server issues are common in MMO over the first days-week, and go wash my car. It appears you need some fresh air.
