Golden Gate Bridge Arkfalls

the bridge is such an awesome place in the game, yet its just ignored because nothing happens there.

like i thing ive been there once or twice?...
did i read somwhere there was a monolith at the bridge you could fight/kill at some point? that could be an awesome end game thing for high levels to solo a mono.

back in the day long long ago befor the great F2P migration and the creation of DLC 2 there was once a monolith that stood guard over the entrince to SF it sat on the bridge and garded it from all that wished to enter. and death befell them who tryed to pass.

then DLC 2 game out and thy removed it. becuse thy where trying to make the bridge into a load zone so that SF and the northen area where separated by a loading screen. i guess u could say thy wanted to turn SF into an instanced area. but thy had to change that also when it didnt work.

so thy never put back the monolith. witch stoped all new players from entering the bay without compleating the story mission where you had to destroy it.

oh how i do miss it.

They really should put that back then cause that would be soooo cool. There really does need to be some sort of major fight there at the bridge. Heck i have never even seen incursions or emergencies spawn there. It would make a heck of a siege area.

I like the pvp idea.. sort of a gaining ground thing.

Heck, you could even lace it with more mines to make it interesting!

We'll we know from the last Q&A Pvp wont be touched anytime soon. Shame really, great aspect of the game. Maybe if Locarb swings by the thread it could be possible to see the bridge be involved with a holiday thingy. I see jade has a kiwi prayer, anyone know the locarb prayer?

Arkfalls on the bridge? Never seen that mentioned. However I have seen people request a Volge or Dark Matter invasion Force crossing the bridge, that we have to stop before they take over Bug N' Chug.

Either one could be fun, if done right. Definitely not like the broken Silicone Valley invasions! But what's with the rainbow barfing?

Altras, I would think that as a knight, you would be cautious of rainbow nerdgasms. Or are you only cautious of pandas having them?!
