Trion, Server Reset, Messed with game data please advise what to do.

I am playing on Ps3, just logged in since the servers were down, and it stole a ton of stuff from me.

It currently set me back to the mission "radio silence" however I spent hours this morning and was way farther ahead, at the mission where you have to rescue eschalon mercs from dark matter.

Also I only have 21k scrip when before I was in the 26-27k range. My weapons that I earned were removed and I'm stuck with weapons I have sold.
Interestingly it kept the overall EGO levels I have earned as I was 251 when the server went down

I'm incredibly angry over all those hours wasted by a 30min server reset, I really hope you can fix my game or reimburse me for item's/time lost.

open a ticket, and go to Trion Worlds Account Services would be my suggestion; but thank you for the heads up, an sorry to hear the reset screwed your character (not being a dk) -really sucks to read about all the work being reset. I've only went through something like this twice on WoW, but I put a ticket in an by the next day it was all replaced to where I had it, gear, money, etc.

I've had the exact same thing happen, the day before yesterday I logged out a couple of minutes before a server reset and when I logged in yesterday my ego level was the same but most of my weapons were gone. Put in a ticket but it hasn't been handled yet, nor my other ticket I put in tuesday.
