I agree. Those who want to learn will learn fast, and don't even need a clan to do so. All they gotta do is pay attention to the in-game chat. Something more than half the people don't do apparently. Because they fill the room with their clueless ignorance every time. Until we can lock them out of it for good with private instances. There is no way to make them useful until they decide to communicate.

Until the rewards are fixed, I don't see a lot of vets willing to go back.
I can earn more keys and forge doing just about any other major event in the game in less time.
Too damned funny. I loved my time with the Guard!
When I was with Prime, we used to down the monkey several times a night. When the rewards were nerfed to virtually nothing, we quit participating. I understand the whole "he's the biggest challenge in game yadda yadda. But, with the introduction of forge, the WM doesn't meet the needs for most players that need forge.

I quit posting what to do/use in the wm fight. I'd usually get told "shut up old fart" and other bs. I did feel like that old guy saying "when I used to......" Good times.

That's why everyone quit posting no one understands why RoF is more important than damage or why you should extract rather than crawl and wait for a revive. It's useless no one listens. This is why we need clans explaining the point of these things instead of being told the shut up in chat.

I had the same experience with another clan called Vigilant Justice. I tried destiny and uninstalled it less than a week after it came out. Anyways my ADD is kicking back to the topic of the warmaster.

There are trolls in clans of all sizes really so there is no way to avid them completely. In essence they are just another hostile aspect of the PvE environment; since they cannot be shot it is usually best to ignore them so they get bored and go away.
As long as the monkeyhunts are public there is going to be the occasional troll shooting locks and/or typing disinformation as fast as the organizers type tips; on the other hand if they go private the events will probably quickly die out once the novelty wears off.
A lot of the trolls seem to have gotten bored with WM events anyway and moved operations to the open map. Threat level jacking and mob herding (once a countermeasure to AFKers in co-ops that has been adopted by griefers for the mischief on the open map) seem to be the griefing tactics that are currently in vogue.
An organized, recognized clan dedicated to teaching tactics (WM and other types) is a good idea though hard to implement properly with the flat clan organization and underwhelming, mediocre communication system in Defiance.
