Why anyone would sell a used copy of a free to play game is beyond me.

Why anybody would buy a used copy of a f2p game and think they would get any benefit, is beyond me.

Of course there are also still people trading in this game, thinking they will get more than a quarter. So, it is, what it is.

So, I went and bought the xbox360 limited edition disk off from sale at 3.95€. Entered the code and, it worked, I got some good stuff.

- Apparently character slots are included, but I only have one created so I don't see them.
- 3 loadout slots, so I got 5
- 25 Ark Keycode Maximum to 75
- 35 Inventory Slots to 70
- Patron pass for some duration
- Didn't see any arkforge, but received 500 bits and a bunch of weapons for my ego level.

all in all, not bad for that price

You get pretty much what I posted above you. I had a free to play character and bought the disk. Mine was a limited edition that came with a volter shotgun and free 500bits. So with a standard disk, you'd probably get what I got, minus the gun and bits.

I created another character to test what I got from the disk upgrade. For the second character I got everything but the bunch of weapons. Loadouts, key capacity, inventory, all there. Also I have the option now to create a third character, so character slots also are available. Of course the 500 bits was a one time deal (no, I did not expect to get more )

I'm guessing the code that came with the disk included a lockbox of some sort, a really low grade one. As my second character got no other gear, but only the volter shotgun that was part of the limited edition package.

Still, what was that talk about earlier in this thread, that game owners would get a grant for 1000 arkforge? I saw nothing about that anywhere. Not that I'm complaining, I'm happy with what I got. Just wondering .

I wish I could activate more limited edition codes for one account. The supermarket still has around ~20 copies of the game for 3.95€ each. For 500 bits each, that would be a money saver...

The 1000 arkforge only went to people who bought the game before it went free to play.
