    The problem here is not about BMG scoring(though I think score cap for healing is appreciated) but that Plate Slicer synergy is apparently glitched and broken. I wonder what devs are thinking about this. Are they thinking this is funny? I'm the minority who demand fix for this.

    A slicer BMG, when used offensively, not only racks up points for the user during Majors...but, it actually helps everyone complete the arkfall faster. It makes the volge flinch and slows their attacks, making it easier to kill them. You can see this at work in the video. But, yes...I use it during SS majors, because ranking in top 5 does get you more rewards. I do not heal with it, except a small burst if MY shields go down. Although, If it didn't lag the game..i think it would be helpful for one player to spam healing/protection during WM fights. Prolly would be less downs, and overall more damage done to the WM because of it.

    They seriously need to add the damage done, back into the scoreboard, just so players can get an idea of who are carrying these twits.

    Fact: Slicer BMGs don't help complete the Arkfall faster, high DPS weapons do. While you think it slows their attacks and is helpful, you don't even deal enough damage to be noticed.
    Fact: The people that are actually useful during WM don't die because a BMG healer was missing. They die because they take a massive amount of damage within a short period of time, sometimes even instantly. Your BMG cannot prevent this.

    BMGs trend towards dealing as little as 20-33% of the DPS of other weapons and heal for less than that. That's 67-80% DPS (per BMG user present) that's missing and has to be done by someone else or you lose. Want to lower enemy damage and slow their attacks? Use an actual weapon with the Bio nano. You (and every other player) can make all the excuses you want for using BMGs during time-sensitive content but in the end they're just that, excuses. Think you're right? Go do a WM or SS Major with everyone using a BMG and let me know how that turns out. /2 Cents

    Volge, or any enemy-type for that matter, have an amount of health/shield points that need to be depleted before they die. No secret that AR's, LMG's, SMG's and even a beautiful high crit Wolfhound do a better job at this because they simply have a higher damage/second. People think their BMG does miracles because of all those numbers that rapidly appear on screen. They fail to see it's only in the 100's of damage. To compare, i fight Volge with 2 7th Legion Nezumi-SMG's, one Bio, one Shock. So also in an supporting role. Both weapons have a mag of 70 rounds. I only need 1 mag of Bio to strip a TL10 Viscera completely from all his Armor Plates. I deal 7k-10k damage per bullet on his shield with my trusted Shock (yes, i can aim). Sadly i dont have a 3rd loadout slot, so after the shields are gone i switch back to my Bio-Nezumi, still doing 4k-7k damage/bullet a quite a high firerate.

    Top-reasons why i die at SS-events:
    - Lag, enemies suddenly popping up (phasing in) right in front me while there were none near me 0.1 seconds before that. Insta-down.
    - Because i cant see chyte through those blue laserbeams everywhere and get caught by suprise. No insta-down, but no BMG can prevent my down and help me out. Volge deal more damage than a BMG can make up for.
    - Because i picked on the wrong Viscera and have to face him alone, while he gets help and i dont.
    - My own mistakes - too enthousiastic, too confident, or not watching my back carefully enough.
    - Reviving others.

    Seems bad, but i only get downed 1 or 2 times each major SS. The whole event, not just in the finale. The trick is to kill those bastages before they get you, so you definitely want damage.

    The BMG I use is a stingray, mainly for its linking capabilities both offensively and defensively. I admit I use it for healing, mainly so I can rapidly charge my shield between waves of enemies at arkfalls and incursions, for example. And to be honest, the blue healing glow doesn't bother me at all when I'm fighting.

    The honeycomb effect though is annoying, and that's primarily why I put scopes on my ARs and SMGs. other than the honeycomb shield effect, BMG healing use doesn't really bother me at all.

    Also if damage is going to be a thing on the scoreboard, I think healing should be up as well. There are more ways to contribute to a battle than just damage and killing, Battlefield kinda put me in that mindset, though...

    I dont generally mind when people are using the BMGs for attack. I dont think it messes up the game, except one time when there were over a dozen doing it at once. What does drive me nuts is when some uses them to heal cause a few seconds after that little orange dome appears over me or i start glowing blue i loose the server. There goes everything i have done upto then. I cant collect any of the drops, i really dont care much for the score. If i am lucky when i reconnect i come back on the same shard and can rejoin the event or if i have a friend there i can port to them. The healing does absolutely no good for SS or WM and probably most of the other majors. None of the BMGs can heal fast enough to keep you alive when they start pounding you. All you are doing is kicking other players out of the match because they loose servers. So it works for those who dont care about anyone but themselves, at least until everyone with guns is gone and they are facing the volge with just their BMG. I have no respect for anyone that says the hell with everyone else and uses the BMG for healing knowing how it messes everyone else up.

    I have a pet peeve to mention concerning BMG's...

    At a couple of these recent SS arkfalls I've been in situations where most of the people on the battefield are down & there is a swarm of volge. Knowing I cannot kill them all myself I switch to my blur loadout & dash across the terrain looking for anyone i can find to revive.
    It really irks me when I find someone, revive them & as soon as they get up... they immediately start spamming heal on their BMG.

    Clearly that "healing" did not stop you from going down, yet you persist? ...& in turn you make it even more difficult to find the next person!!!
