Do ark shields ever have a nano resist? I've never actually seen 1 that does, but I've only ever had 4 arks in my time playing

No it's 12% less damage while shield recharging on the ark version.

Never Their special bonuses are much better and in exchange they have no nano. It is supposed to be to keep it balanced.
