it did the same thing to me i was like what the hell is going on, i log out and come back in and they were all there

You have to go to the Defiance Store and redeem your items, they are all there. I redeemded them this morning, so it should be there!

Also, a great way to boost your EGO level (not leveling up, but the EGO level itself) is by doing the pursuits. For example, if you do the 'scout' missions in the first area (visits all the locations, doing the time trials and rampages, finding the recorders) you get about 25 EGO from the missions apart (5x5) and another 40 EGO for completing them all. Plus you get a new outfit and headgear.

i assure you this works it might be due to the servers being down etc but it did pull through for me in the end i put all these in and they wernt there but when i logged in they showed up
