Looking for Season 2 Episode 1 Cradle to the grave.

I've completed the story line once and on my second time through. Can't find Cradle to the grave for the 15 ego points from the pursuit.

I guess it's bugged, and what's more annoying, is some people in-game seem to find the idea of Trion fixing it, funny. Like defiance is just a busted game and they don't care. I'm waiting to purchase the collector's ed and the DLCs until after they fix the issues with the game, or I find something else less broken.
