Hello I have been wondering how do i get the volge typhoon AR? I have seen people use it before but they would not tell me where they got it, any help is greatly appreciated

Do either a major or a minor arkbreak (the red circles on the map that have arkfalls that can be pulled down by players).

Remember u need the arkbreaker dlc first or u won't b able to use it

If you get the one called the volge battle rifle though you will be able to use it without the dlc.

Volge Battle Rifle is sometimes rewarded for the volge incursion at the bathhouse
